Waiting In The Willows is a Pop Punk band that was formed in Seattle, WA in October 2022. The band consists of five members: Sebastien Alexxander (Vocals), Alex Moua (Guitar/Backup Vox), Travis Parker (Guitar), Jonah Stancil (drums), and Levi Smith (Bass). Sebastien Alexxander, the lead vocalist, was inspired by his upbringing in the Midwest, where he was exposed to a variety of alternative, goth, punk, and industrial music. His passion for midwestern emo and pop punk music led him to start the band. Alex and Travis were introduced to Sebastien when he reached out through a Seattle Band group on Facebook, and they instantly clicked musically. After a few lineup changes, the band found its current bassist, Levi the HYPE Man Smith, and began playing shows in the Seattle area. Unfortunately this wouldn't last, and another drummer would be sought out in their time of need! Jonah appeared and jumped in headfirst. His unique style really emboldened the sound of WITW. Jonah is also the local enigma. Their music is heavily influenced by metalcore, emo and pop punk, and they are inspired by bands such as My Chemical Romance, Taking Back Sunday, Mayday Parade, and The Used. Waiting In The Willows is still a young band, but they are determined to achieve greatness and share their music with the world.
